Trained in NLP, gestalt proceswork, tri-energetic counselling, the work, systemic  constellations, community building, dialogue process facilitation.

Initiator and leader of the Dutch and Austrian trainingprogramms for Dialogue Process Facilitation. Consultant and coach for large and small organizations, specifically for developing systemic dialogical attitudes and structures within the system. 

Together with his wife Julia he implements dialogue circle work in the school systems in austria and conducts seminars for living dialogue, especially in partner relationships and familylife.

Leader of the Vienna Programm for systemic dialogic constellation work, international teacher. Co- founder of the Leadership Werkstatt in Vienna.

Integrates his music in his work. Author of a  CD and of articles and books on systemic work, dialogue, speech therapy and stuttering. Married and father of three children, living in the woods near Vienna.
